You run into this error when activating your license:
Ensure that all the endpoints in this article are added to your AllowList:

This can also be caused by your computer's clock being skewed. When the clock is out of sync, our system is unable to validate the license. We allow a tolerance of up to 5 minutes, so you'll need to ensure your computer's clock is set to the correct time.
