If you encounter this error while trying to use your tools, it could be caused by several factors.
1. You don't have a license for the tool assigned to your account. You'll need to ask the license owner to add you to the license.
2. You have a license assigned to your account but it needs refreshing. Click on the refresh icon to refresh the license and then you'll be able to use the tool again.
3. You have an unsupported license and have upgraded to a new major version that you're not entitled to. You will need to rollback to the previous version.
