To find your licenses in the customer portal you will need a Redgate ID.
If you already have one you can log in to your account here. If not, you can create one here.
Once you've logged in you will see your supported licenses:
If you want to view all of your licenses, regardless of their support status, click the Licenses tab on the left-hand side, and then you can select your subscription or legacy licenses:
If there are no licenses displayed, you don't have any assigned to you. You can contact the license owner to request access or raise a support ticket.
If you have an expired subscription license, it will no longer show in the portal after the expiry date.
