If you have tried to find purchase history/invoices in the new customer portal you will have been presented with the error '404 We can't find the page you're looking for...'
Invoice and purchase history is not a feature in the new customer portal.
The ability to view invoices was disabled in the legacy portal around 2019 due to an incompatibility with our new invoicing platform. We hope to reintroduce this feature in future but there is currently no ETA.
