The below pop-up may be displayed when an upgrade for a new major version is released.
If your license is within its support and upgrades contract proceed to install the free trial. Then go to Help>Manage license to activate your existing license in the new major version.
If your current license does not have an active support and upgrades contract you will still be able to upgrade to the new major version and use the trial for 14 or 28 days (dependent on the product). After this time your trial will expire and you will be required to downgrade to a version that your existing license supports or you may wish to purchase a license upgrade to continue using the new major version.
If you are unsure if your license is within its support and upgrades contract, take a look in the customer portal or raise a ticket with the support team.
