If you get the 'Something went wrong while signing in. IDP could not process the request' error please try deleting any browser cookies for identityprovider.red-gate.com from your default browser in case they're corrupted in some way.
In chrome this would be: Settings > Private and Security > Third Party Cookies > See all site data and permissions > Search for red-gate.com > delete any cookies for identityprovider.red-gate.com
In Edge it would be: Settings > Cookies and Site Permissions > Manage and delete cookies and site data > See all cookies and site data > Search for red-gate.com > delete any cookies for identityprovider.red-gate.com
Once this is done, logging in again should pop the browser and you'll need to log in with your Redgate ID.
