Download PDF link missing to 2 eBooks I wanted to grab

Just a FYI I noticed that two eBooks I was looking to grab the free PDF for don't have a link on the page to the PDF.

    Thanks your message. You should be able to access the free eBooks by filling on the form on the right-hand side. Let me know if this doesn't work and I'll send you the eBooks directly and investigate the issue.

    For both the In-Memory OLTP and Concurrency Locking Blocking and Row Versioning I don't see any forms to fill.  I tried a few other books and they had working links to their respective PDFs, but the In-Memory OLTP page for example I just simply see this (Download your free eBook isn't an active link to a form or the eBook)--link to png screenshot: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1t20f-nJ7Ji3_7UvEDUOBJmpzRpBy8u4E
