If Redgate Monitor is configured to authenticate users with Active Directory and you're unable to log in, check that:
- you've typed your username and password correctly
 - you're authorized to access Redgate Monitor
 
If you still can't log in, and there's a problem with your administrator account or service account, see the following pages for how to reset your account:
