If you want to move the SQL Monitor installation (the SQL Monitor components as well as the database) to a new server, follow these steps:

1. Deactivate your license on the Configuration > Licensing page. Then click Allocate your licenses and for each license that your installation is using click Stop using this license.

2. Take a backup of the existing SQL Monitor repository.

3. Restore this backup on the new server.

4. Install SQL Monitor on the new server, and on the installation screen when asked which database to use, select use existing database: 

then select the restored database:

Run through the rest of the installer and then click finish to launch the website.

Once logged in, you can re-allocate your licenses from the Configuration > Licensing page.
