Insufficient permissions error when setting up SSO

If you encounter the "insufficient permissions" error while setting up SSO for your organization, please check that you have done the following:

Ensure the email address you’re using has OrgAdmin permissions:

Requesting the organisation admin role

You must also be listed as an owner on the license for which you’re configuring SSO:

Managing license users, admins and owners
