You're seeing the error message "An error has occurred in the script on this page".
Here's some steps you can try to resolve it:
- Open the tool
- Using Chrome/Edge, navigate to http://localhost:22221/redgate/status.html
- You should see the tool under "Recently connected products"
- Click Activate and it should open up a browser. If not, activate using "Fallback"
- Return to the tool and check that you're licensed
Ensure you have the following endpoints added to your AllowList:
- identityprovider.red-gate.com
- productlogin.red-gate.com
- permits.red-gate.com
- update.red-gate.com
- portal.red-gate.com
- trials.red-gate.com
- download.red-gate.com
- appinsights.red-gate.com
- productusage.red-gate.com
