We definitely work better when the database is self-contained and it's what we recommend. However, we understand sometimes cross-databases dependencies can't be avoided. We did some research on this problem and this article might help https://www.red-gate.com/hub/product-learning/sql-change-automation/deploying-cross-database-dependencies / comments

On June 11, 2019 we updated the SQL Change Automation PowerShell module but the only change was updating SQL Compare and SQL Data Compare. That has no effects on PowerShell requirements. Are you using the latest version of the Azure DevOps plugins? If you are still having this issue, I invite you to contact support and provide more information. We should be able to assist. / comments

Hi Joe, this sounds very unusual [image] Here some questions:
Can you please provide a bit more details about how you linked it to SQL Source Control?
How many scripts files you have? What's their size?
Which tables have you linked using the static data feature?
Do you have CLR assemblies in your database?
What happens if you use SQL Source Control 6?
If you run a tool like WinDirStat or TreeSize what is taking the majority of the space in the working folder? If you have a support contract and you prefer to get in contact with us via email, please do so and we can have a look at your issue more closely. This is definitely not something I have seen before. / comments
