Visual Studio 2017 keeps on restarting after an error in SQL Change Automation

While working on VS 2017, I got the following error
SQL Change Automation encountered an error.
if this issue presists, contact Support:
https://www.red-gate.com/sca/support

I tried to remove the extension from Visual Studio and then reinstalling it but didn't work
I tried both on VS 2017 Professional and VS 2017 Enterprise also the same issue
I tried to remove all temp files same issue
I run CCleaner to clean all the computer cache, temp and registry and no luck

Please advice since it is a blocking issue

I actually experiences these issues a few times ( pointing to SQL prompt versions, to XAML) etc...  I did press the send to RedGate button once for one of those errors.   I ended up shutting down my VS2017 enterprise and restarting it to move forward.

mmousheimish when are you getting this error? Is it when starting Visual Studio, opening a project or trying to do any other action?
Are you uninstalling SQL Change Automation through the Visual Studio installer?

Do you still get this error if you uninstall SQL Change Automation? If you don't then we can confirm that this is a problem with SQL Change Automation rather than Visual Studio.

    Thanks

@Diogo I'm getting this error the moment I open my project and Yes I tried to uninstall SQL Change Automation through Visual Studio Installer and through Visual Studio using Tools -> Extensions and Updates tab and after trying both ways and reinstalling SQL Change Automation, it still do the same thing.

@JackJarvis No, after uninstalling/disable SQL Change Automation Visual Studio my project run normally.

@mmousheimish Do you get this error when opening any SQL Change Automation project, or is it just a specific one causing the issue?

@mmousheimish This looks like it could be an issue with the project itself. I suggest you make a support ticket about this issue, as this will go through our formal support system and we can help you further.

You can submit a support ticket at https://www.red-gate.com/sca/support.

@mmousheimish My apologies, I wasn't aware of that.

In that case, is it possible for you to attach and send a zip file containing your project? I can take a look at it and see what I can do to fix your issue.

    @Andrea_Angella
Yes, i managed to solve the problems
There was an extensions related to azure with the name "Azure Functions and Web Jobs Tools" causing some problems.
When both SQL migration and this extension were installed, some problems happened as the error above
