  Anyone looking for this might find the below of interest, I received this when I raised the query direct:

  VS 2022 support for .Net Reflector is unlikely I'm afraid. This has not be done for the ANTs tools either. 
   
  Current business focus has shifted from the .Net tools and as such it is unlikely that they will receive an update to work with VS 22.
   
  I'm sorry of any disappointment that this causes. 

  Anyone got any experience reflecting and rebuilding VS extensions?

  I think their decision is a serious mistake. Look at the numbers of people asking questions about .NET products. Not as high as the SQL products but still a significant chunk. Also, I have paid my annual license for the product so I expect it to be developed or someone should have warned me that the development of this product is going to cease before I was asked to renew. Not impressed at all.
