You're attempting to log in to the customer portal and you encounter this error:
Please check the following:
- Use the correct URL:
https://portal.red-gate.com/ - Add required endpoints to your firewall AllowList
Licensing & update URLs to add to your AllowList in firewall - Clear your browser cache and cookies to ensure no outdated data is interfering with login.
