If SQL History isn't showing your saved queries as expected after upgrading, the fix depends on whether the feature is greyed out (disabled) or simply blank (enabled but empty).
SQL History is greyed out
This usually happens after upgrading SQL Prompt, when SQL History and IntelliSense appear disabled.
To fix this, sign in with your Redgate ID: go to SQL Prompt > Sign In.
SQL History is blank
If SQL History is enabled but not showing any results, the local index may need rebuilding. To restore it:
- Navigate to
%localappdata%\Red Gate\SQL Prompt 11\SqlHistoryIndex - Delete the contents of the
SqlHistoryIndexfolder - Reopen SSMS, open SQL History, and search your saved queries. SQL Prompt should recreate the index files and start showing results again

Didn't fix the issue
I can't sign in. There are only the options “Refresh” and “Set offline permit”. But it fully works with the offline permit
