Redgate Platform login returns: 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable

After successful login, the Teams list can't load and we get 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable. I have tried both yesterday and today, and from multiple computers.

    Has the organization that you joined already been created? Has the team admin given permissions to you for it? 

    Please can you try logging out of the platform, opening SQL Prompt again and logging in to see if the issue persists?

    Logging out and signing in does not solve the problem. I am the administrator and the Team has been created.

    We're having the exact same problem - I set up an organisation/team a few weeks ago as the admin. For the last few days my team and I get the same 'failed to load teams' 503 error from any device after logging in either as admin or team member, and shared snippets no longer appear in SQL prompt.

    Hi all,

    We have made the development team aware of the issue and replicated the same issue internally as well. At the moment it seems to be an issue with the tool reaching the endpoint for the API so the team that looks after this has been alerted. Once there is an update or if the issue has been fixed then I will update this thread.

    I've heard back from the team and this should now be resolved, are you able to try accessing the Platform once more and confirm if you can access it or if the issue persists?

    Sorry to reopen this thread, but since yesterday the "503 Service Temporarily Unavailable" is back for us.
