Hi @bkowald The SQL Source Control license on your account that expires on the 23rd January is a perpetual license so the support & upgrades will expire on that date but you'll still own the license. The other SOC licenses on your account are subscription licenses. If you would like to renew the perpetual license, or transition it over to a subscription, please contact sales@red-gate.com and they will be happy to help! / comments

Hi @Seanm99 Please can you try the following:
Open the product you want to activate
Navigate to http://localhost:22221/redgate/status.html
Next to the entry for that product, click Activate Here.
Then over the 'Log in' button, right click and copy the link location
Paste it into notepad and remove &openinbrowser=true from the end
Paste that URL into a browser window to complete your login

Hi @Bobby_Tables Please can you delete the following file? %localappdata%\Red Gate\SQL Prompt 10\ai-auth.token This will enable you to re-login when you open SQL Prompt+ and should fix this issue. Let me know how it works for you. / comments
