Cannot copy backup to AWS S3

I am trying to upload backups to AWS S3.. currently going to Azure works fine but need to switch to AWS...when i enter all the keys and information it says link was successful but when i run a backup it get a 
(error 139 - The AWS S3 Bucket value is not defined.)
