How can I compare 2 table column values in same database

I did a search before posting here but couldn't find what I needed to help me get through this request I have.  I downloaded this product yesterday but could not figure it out.  Any help or direction would be appreciated.  Thanks.

    Hi @Melinda to do this you can select the same database as the source & target to compare. Make sure the two tables are mapped, if they're different you can setup custom mapping.
