If you see the banner message 'Data collection and alerting for ALL servers will be paused in 'X' days.', your Redgate Monitor license is not expiring.
Instead, it indicates that the offline permit used to allocate your license is approaching its expiry date. Offline permits are valid for one year and must be renewed by re‑allocating the license before the permit expires.
This situation most commonly occurs when Redgate Monitor has been activated in an offline environment. To continue using Monitor without interruption, you’ll need to refresh the permit. Before you can re‑allocate the license, open the Redgate Monitor Configuration tool and select “Stop using this license" on the configuration page, then proceed with re‑allocation.
If you still need to operate in an offline environment, you can follow the offline activation steps to generate a new permit. If your environment now allows internet access, we recommend switching to online activation, as this removes the need for annual permit renewals and prevents this warning from appearing again.
