There is no log out button in SQL Clone.
SQL Clone uses Windows authentication and this method of authentication doesn't really have the concept of "logging out" in the application, since it's just the browser passing the identity of the current Windows user.
This is something that can only be handled by the user's browser. Firefox doesn't automatically passthrough like IE and Chrome, so starting a new session in Firefox might work.
