If you are seeing the following error message when logging into Redgate Data Modeler, it's due to one of the following:
- Your account has been locked by your team administrator
- You've had all your roles removed by your team administrator (you're not showing up in the company's list of members)
To regain access, please contact your team administrator and ask them to unlock your account. Additionally, they must assign at least one role (such as User) in the team administration screen. If your account is unlocked but no role is selected, you’ll be able to log in, but you won’t have permission to view any content.
