If Git is configured to use commit signing with an SSH key, you won’t be able to commit through Flyway Desktop’s Version Control tab, the icon will simply continue spinning.
This happens because Flyway Desktop doesn’t provide a way to enter the passphrase, which you would normally be prompted for in the CLI.
To commit your changes, you’ll need to use the CLI instead. You can easily access it by clicking the CLI icon in Flyway Desktop:
Once you initiate a commit, you will be prompted for the passphrase:
