Follow these steps to restore SQL History:
- Navigate to
%localappdata%\Red Gate\SQL Prompt 11\SqlHistoryIndex - Delete the contents of the
SqlHistoryIndexfolder - Re-open SSMS and open SQL History and try to search the saved queries, SQL Prompt should re-create the index files and, in doing so, hopefully start showing results again.
If it still fails, please raise a support ticket with a copy of the SQL Prompt log files. To find the log files for the current session, open the SQL Prompt menu, click Help and then click Zip Log Files.
