After upgrading SQL Prompt you may find that SQL History and Intellisense appear to be disabled.
To fix this, on the SQL Prompt menu click on SQL Prompt > Manage my license > and sign in with your Redgate ID.

Didn't fix the issue
I can't sign in. There are only the options “Refresh” and “Set offline permit”. But it fully works with the offline permit
