You get the error 'Something went wrong while signing in. Authentication failed' when signing in to your license.
To fix this problem, add http://identityprovider.red-gate.com/ to your firewall AllowList.
You can also spin up a web request listener to receive the response back from our login server (identityprovider.re-gate.com). The standard http listener respects network ACL rules which may be set in your environment. By using the environment variable LSDK_TCP_LISTENER, setting the value to "enabled" and restarting, the app should kick this new listener into action.
