Hi Bill,
SQL Search 3.0 does support SSMS 2016.
You can install this version from the link below if needed: ftp://support.red-gate.com/patches/SQLSearch/30Oct2017/SQLSearch.exe
One thing to note is if you had SQL Search installed and then upgraded SSMS you may need to uninstall and reinstall the product to make sure that the correct files are added to the upgraded directories.

You'll need to uninstall the products and then reinstall (this is the easiest way to get everything added to the correct directories for he new version of SSMS).
