Prompt for log in but nowhere to enter information

Recently installed SQL Data Compare 12. It now prompts me for my redgate ID but the window has no place to enter it. See attached.

When I x out of the window Data Compare closes.

    Hi There - we've raised a ticket for this issue. It's most likely a problem with the tool connecting to the end point for the login. I'll be in touch shortly with a couple of questions.
