Hello Ric, Thanks for your inquiry with the SQL Backup tool. Can you confirm what version of SQL Backup and SQL Server is involved with your setup? Normally changing the schedule for a SQL Backup Job within the SQL Backup GUI should affect the next run appropriately without any other steps needed. Thanks!

Thanks for your inquiry with SQL Data Generator. While we recommend creating a full backup of the database, it doesn't need to be offline in order to have it be used by SQL Data Generator: https://documentation.red-gate.com/sdg/worked-example-setting-up-the-data-generator

Thanks for the update on your end. Unfortunately there isn't an "ignore this secondary replica" option natively available within SQL Monitor. We would recommend working around this via disabling it at that server level (and then re-enable it if there
was a fail-over and disable it on the new secondary). Apologies for the inconvenience that this brings.
