I dont see the query that caused the long running query alert

The long running query alert just shows only the sql fragment such as select or insert however I dont see the actual query that caused this alert to trigger

    Good Afternoon,
    We've seen similar issues with other customers under version 11.0.18.5710, which were resolved once they upgraded to the latest version.
