Configuring Trace failure

Though I have added a server to monitor, configuring trace screen does not list the server and hence trace could not be added to the server, is there any other way of adding trace or explanation for the above behavior

    Good Afternoon,
    We've seen similar issues with other customers under version 11.0.18.5710, which were resolved once they upgraded to the latest version.
