TF30063: You are not authorized to access: https://<azure site>/SQLdomain
I am having the same problem that I found at this link TF30063: You are not authorized to access — Redgate forumsand none of the suggestions there or in other places have helped. I have exported...
source control filter out changes to FILLFACTOR
How can I prevent source control from identifying changes to an index fillfactor as a committable change.
NEW OBSERVATION; If there are NO servers open in Object Explorer and SQL Search is opened, then there are NO servers to select from and the SQL Search Server dropdown is empty. Obviously this indicates that there is some connection to Object explorer and SQL Search Server availability list !! / comments

OK, so if there is no current feature for setting DEFAULTS. I would like to suggest that such a feature be added in some future release. AND BTW that should include as many DEFAULTS as possible including SERVER, DATABASE, OBJECT TYPES, USE WILD CARDS, MATCH WHOLE WORDS ONLY... The issue is when SQL SEARCH is open for the first time after starting SSMS. When reopening SQL SEARCH any time after that as long as SSMS is not closed and restarted the current SQL SERVER seems to retain the server that I searched on last. / comments

SQL PROMPT F2 - NOLONGER WORKS
Running the newest SQL Prompt and F2 has not been working in SSMS 20, & 2019. Anyone else see this problem. I've tested that all the other F keys do what is expected.
I've also upgraded to SSMS 20.1 but have not yet upgraded to the most recent SQL prompt and I do not have that problem. / comments

It's just dumb luck that I stumbled on this page and found this. I was experiencing the same issues and looked to the product page to learn if perhaps SQL Prompt was not yet supported on SSMS20... How could I be so stupid to think that a support business would admit that something was not working on the sales page of their product. Thanks. / comments

@requesttop, are you referring to the time it takes to open SQL History? I just updated to 10.13.1.31417, and it still takes 1 minute 26 seconds to open it. Running in SSMS 18.12.1.
I'm not seeing this speed issue. While it does not open immediately, it only takes a few seconds for mine. The latest version is working well so far. How large are your history files?
Does anyone have a comparison of how long it takes for the history tab in 10.12.4.29949(or older) vs 10.13.1.31417 ? / comments
