Hi @buddhatripp If you have already tried opening Add or Remove Programs, clicking on SQL Search and selecting Uninstall and this hasn't worked please can you try uninstalling using this tool: https://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html And here's an installer for the latest version of SQL Search: ftp://support.red-gate.com/patches/SQLSearch/31May2019/SQLSearch.exe / comments

Hi @... As SQL Backup is licensed per server rather than per user, the activations don't appear in the customer portal but this is something we are working on and we're hoping to offer this feature in the future. You have a 3 server license and currently only have two active servers, leaving you with one remaining activation. The previous activations were made on 12/02/2019 and 12/12/2018. / comments

Hi @mikegalusha et al Apologies for the inconvenience. We identified a problem in 9.5.1 and pulled the release. We were able to produce a fix which went out the next day in 9.5.2, so feel free to upgrade to this version: http://download.red-gate.com/checkforupdates/SQLPrompt/SQLPrompt_9.5.2.9464.exe We have identified a gap with our testing process and have taken steps to rectify this so that this issue doesn't occur again in the future. / comments
