Perpetual Licence

Hi 

We have a number of Perpetual licences however after a recent update we're now being asked to enter an "Offline Permit" which seems to work ok for our Subscription Licences but not for the perpetual ones is this an issue or is it by design?

    Offline activation should work with your perpetual licenses.

    If you're getting an error please can you attach a screenshot?
