In our Environemnt, the SQL Servers do NOTÂ have an internet connection. They cannot use the new licensing login model to login and must use the offline feature, but I will need to set an environment variable to tell SQL Toolbelt that.

If there's no internet connection the tool will automatically enter an offline state and then you can set the offline permit.
