after upgrading I, again, noticed the SQL Prompt 4 in my visual stuido menu bar. How do I uninstall SQL Prompt 4 only from my visual studio?
Why do you automatically install Prompt in visual studio. I'd much prefer it an option (de-selected by default)? / comments

sorry, I dont have the stack trace!
...a bit more info:
- OS on both pc are is XP (incl. latest patches),
- Both installations have been upgraded from at least a version 5,
It was no trouble at all simply un-installing and then re-installing (compared to the value of the product). / comments

I was thinking in more "visual terms".
Say you only have one object displayed in the viewer.
You right click the object and get a list of dependant objects.
You then select the objects you want to explore/have displayed.
This way you would be able to work you way through a chain of dependancies visually. / comments
