Filter management would be really a great annoyance killer. Having to reapply same filter over and over again is really tedious. / comments

Yes, it still chokes, like this:
SELECT dbo[chokes1].[chokes2]FuntionName()
then almost each click on the FuncitonName produces a delay (choke).
