Navigating from my account settings to “My Products” redirects to portal.redgate.com/products. However the page canot be loaded and an error message shows as in:
'Sorry, something went wrong' error in the customer portal – Support
None of the suggested remedies work, the problem persists across different browsers, devices and internet connections.
