    i installed Management Studio 21 but i don't see Sql Search.

    • Added support for SQL Server Management Studio 21.

    Hi davraf,

    you have to download new version of SQL Search or in the previous instance SSMS check for updates in the SQL Search toolbar menu item.

    For me SQL search only shows a blank window. Is there any way to fix that?

    Elastep, I had the same problem a few years ago. I had to uninstall SQL Search and install the latest version.

    Piotr I've reinstalled. Installed the latest 3.8 version. It works fine in SSMS 20, but does not draw in SSMS 21. Just a white screen. 

    Does this work in ssms 21 for you? Almost seems like some issues with rendering…

    Ok, I've finally found it. 

    If someone else needs this:

    Optimize rendering for screens with different pixel densities (requires restart)

    Checking the above option will break sql search. I've unchecked it and everything now works.
