Ok, I've finally found it.  If someone else needs this: Optimize rendering for screens with different pixel densities (requires restart) Checking the above option will break sql search. I've unchecked it and everything now works.  / comments

Piotr I've reinstalled. Installed the latest 3.8 version. It works fine in SSMS 20, but does not draw in SSMS 21. Just a white screen.  Does this work in ssms 21 for you? Almost seems like some issues with rendering…  / comments
