Hi LittleColin. Thanks for the bug report - I've managed to reproduce it on my machine. We'll be getting a patch release out ASAP to fix this. Apologies for the problems this causes

I can confirm that this issue has been fixed in the 8.0.1 patch release. More details are available here. Please use Check for Updates from the Help menu to download it

I have excluded 2 tables for sync however, when I look at the summary and script, it is still dropping and adding constraints for those 2 tables that are different but which I have excluded from the sync. Can someone please verify this issue?

The tables are explicitly wrapped in \[Tablename\] so should match exactly.
Note that SQL Data Compare 7 seems to work ok and the issue only seems to exist in SQL Data Compare 8.
