Can't install SQL Toolbelt essentials

Just got a new machine, I7, Win 11 pro, trying to install SQL Toolbest Essentials and getting Error

SQL Toolbelt Essentials failed with exit code 0xe0434352

worked fine on my old machine

Are you running the latest installer?
https://download.red-gate.com/installers/SQLToolbeltEssentials/2024-12-18/SQLToolbeltEssentials.exe
Please can you try running the installer as an administrator?
Can you also check that there's nothing blocking the install?
Licensing & update URLs to add to your AllowList in firewall
