Visual studio 19 loses sql prompt after upgrade

I have upgraded several versions of SQL prompt and each time SSMS is working fine but VS loses SQL prompt. A couple installs it came back. I tried rebooting and still nothing. I do most work in VS SSDT project, so I am always formatting code.

SSMS 18.12.1
VS Enterprise 2019 16.11.31

    Please can you take a look at this article and see if it helps with your problem:
    SQL Prompt is not showing in Visual Studio

    If not we'll need to take a look at the log files. I can raise a ticket for you so that you don't have to share them on the forum.

    It finally came back today, I read the article and opened VS and it was back.
