I'm getting the error "headToWorkingBase didn't get set" both when linking to Source Control

I've tried unlinking and re-linking. I tried updating RedGate_SQLSourceControl_Engine_EngineOptions.xml

with the code: <EngineOptions version="3" type="EngineOptions">
                           <LogLevel>All</LogLevel>
                       </EngineOptions>
I've unlinked, deleted the Source Control and re-cloned it from Dev Ops, and then re-linked.  Still getting the same error message.

    Hi all,

    The solution to this problem was to upgrade to the latest version of SQL Source Control, deleting the local repository, clearing the cache, and re-cloning.
