SQLSearch Toolbar entries disappeared (except SQL History)

We very often struggle with disappering toolbar items (similar as SQL Search disappeared from my SSMS — Redgate forums (red-gate.com)), The SQLSearch (and other) items except the History disappeared in MSMS.
This happens almost every 4 weeks, we have to run the repair process, which is not really the solution.
This happes to all users in our company.

We run Search
3.6.1.3286 and 3.6.2.3390 (but it also happens in many previous version)

MSMS 18.12.1 (and also in earlier releases)
The log directory has logfiles for every day until it disappears.
AppData\Local\Red Gate\Logs\SQLSearch 3

\Local\Red Gate\Logs\SSMS Integration Pack 3
Has daily new files

Could you support us in this issue?

    Thanks for reaching out to us regarding this. I'm sorry you're seeing this issue with SQL Search!

    Just a few initial questions:

    - Do you notice that SQL Search disappears after you have installed an update to SSMS?
    - When you mention running the repair process, are you referring to repairing the SSMS Integration Pack?
    - What SQL Server version are you running?
    - Finally, would it be possible for you to provide the SQL Search log file up until it last disappeared?

    No, we did not update the SSMS in last time

    - When you mention running the repair process, are you referring to repairing the SSMS Integration Pack?
    I run the Installer of Search and click Repair (instead of uninstall)

    - What SQL Server version are you running?
    We have several versions, but mainly:
    Microsoft SQL Server 2019 (RTM-CU18) (KB5017593) - 15.0.4261.1 (X64)   Sep 12 2022 15:07:06   Copyright (C) 2019 Microsoft Corporation  Developer Edition (64-bit) on Windows Server 2016 Standard 10.0 <X64> (Build 14393: ) (Hypervisor) 

    - Finally, would it be possible for you to provide the SQL Search log file up until it last disappeared?
    Sorry, I posted this in another thread, because this thread did not show up in the forums.

    SQL Search has disappeared from SSMS — Redgate forums (red-gate.com)

    There I got the log before disappearance. Meanwhile, Victory wrote me back (she assumes it could be antivirus?)
