Thanks for your reply on this, my apology for the delay in coming back to you!
I've tested this in Visual Studio 2022 & 2019 and have found that changes made to any of the SQL Prompt options are reverted back/lost when Visual Studio is restarted.
I'm escalating this to our development team for their input and will come back to you on this as soon as I can. -
