How to add systems tables as static data

I want to include Database Diagrams in my CI process, so they copy from dev to test to live etc. The easiest way would be to add dbo.sysdiagrams as static data -- but I don't see system tables in the list.

Is there way to add the dbo.sysdiagrams systems table (which is in all user databases) as static data in SQL Source Control?

Unfortunately Database Diagrams are not supported in SQL Compare engine which is used by SQL Source Control.
