When you upgrade SSMS you'll need to uninstall and reinstall SQL Prompt and and any other Redgate add-on tools.

I uninstalled and reinstalled.
- SQL Prompt is now visible and working in SSMS2018
- SQL Search is NOT visible in SSMS (but does still appear in SSMS2014)
- SQL Source control is not visible in SSMS (but does still appear in SSMS2014) -

The licence is valid and the other Toolbelt elements appear to work without issue.
What can I do to make it appear in SSMS? This was working fine prior to the upgrade.
