Support for set statistics io, time on;

Could SQLPrompt support the syntax for set statistics io, time on;?  When I code this SQL, I noticed it's not supported.

    Hi @ggeier ,

    Thanks for reaching out to us regarding this.

    So that we can be reproduce this, would you mind providing some example syntax for this?

    Hi @ggeier

    Thanks for your last comment on this, my apology for the delay in coming back to you.

    I have been discussing this with our development team, however we feel we need to clarify exactly what you mean when you say this syntax isn't supported?

    From my own testing, I can see that suggestions cease to be given beyond 'set statistics time'. Is this what you mean?

    Yes, that's correct. There are no more valid suggestions after typing "set statistics time". But also, there are incorrect suggestions, so I end up typing the wrong SQL unless I remember to hit "esc" to close out of SQL Prompt.

    Hi @ggeier2

    Just to advise that a fix for this will be included in the next release of SQL Prompt, which I am hopeful will be next week.
